OSCO Industries is a medium to high volume Gray-Iron Casting Foundry with over 150 years ofoperation.
We have three plant locations in beautiful Southern Ohio that specializes in gray-iron castings.
Our products are making a difference in areas all over the world.
They can befound in air conditioners, automobiles, outdoor recreation, manufacturing facilities andpossibly your very home.
Who we are looking for:
Osco is seeking a highly motivated individual who will help us continue forming the future ofthe foundry industry! Our current need is for a production supervisor with aspirations ofgrowth within our organization; we love to promote from within.
Our typical work week isMonday through Friday, 40 hours per week across three shifts.
We would prefer an intellectwith a manufacturing background who will challenge the status quo and help us mold ourworld-class operation.

See to the general safety and welfare of department employees.
Provide helpful ideas and insights to improve our process.
Carry out company policies and programs, assist and cooperate in the development ofeffective communication.
Train personnel according to work instructions and procedures to maintain standardsof quality and quantity, assist in the determination of standards.
See that machinery and equipment are maintained.
Responsible for time control entries of employees.
Maintain accuracy of documentation on production reports.
Monitor employee productivity.
Other duties as assigned.
What We Need From You:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Basic English and Math Skills 1 - 3 Years Industrial Experience Previous Supervision or Coaching Experience PreferredWhy You'll Love Working For Us:
