We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate insurance billing within our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately - Verify and correct insurance data where necessary - Enter insurance claims into the system - Maintain electronic and hard copy of explanations of benefits - Correct and resubmit denied insurance claims - Organize patient payments in a logical and manageable fashion - Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with data entry and clerical work - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Basic math skills for numerical data entry tasks - Familiarity with office equipment and systems - Excellent typing speed and accuracy This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail is key.
